North Karelia College Outokumpu is
one of the nine colleges of the North Karelia Municipal Education and Training Consortium. The college is located in Outokumpu, North Karelia, between the cities of Joensuu and Kuopio.
The college offers versatile education for both young people and adults. All vocational qualifications require three years of study and have the scope of 120 study credits.
Preparatory education aimed at competence based qualification and apprenticeship training are also available.
Some of the study programmes also have teaching in English.
